Erasmus Mundus MSc degree in “Smart System Integration”
We call for applicants for the “Erasmus Mundus” MSc degree in “Smart System Integration”, awarded jointly by the consortium Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, UK), University of South-Eastern Norway (Vestfold, Norway), and Budapest University of Technology and Economics (Hungary). The students admitted are taught their first semester in Edinburgh, the second semester in Vestfold, and the third semester in Budapest. For the fourth and last semester, the students will choose one of the three institutions for their master project. The MSc in Smart Systems Integration covers microsystems and microelectronics, and how to combine these to form integrated systems. The first cohort of SSI students started 2013 and graduated in 2015.
EU grants scholarships to students in Erasmus Mundus programmes, covering tuition fees and living costs. We receive applications from many excellent students, worldwide. The students eligible for applying this joint MSc are bachelors (or close to finishing their BSc) in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, physics, materials science, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or a closely related discipline.
